Kinesiology explained

At its heart, kinesiology is a beautiful way of letting go of what’s holding us back. It’s designed to help us get to know ourselves on a personal level, heal and create the existence we truly desire.

Embracing change is what kinesiologists do. Finding harmony in balance means getting in touch with what our bodies are really saying to us. When we have experienced

trauma, when we are stressed out, worried about the future or feel like life is spinning out of control, it’s usually because we are out of alignment.

Most of the time, we don’t even appreciate how deeply rooted this is. My job is to tap into the energy from the mind, body, and soul, pulling them together and creating a new path for a well-balanced life.

WHAT METHODS ARE USED IN KINESIOLOGY?

Muscle testing is how kinesiologists retrieve information from the subconscious body. By using this technique, it allows the practitioner to bypass the conscious brain, as the physical body is directly connected to the subconscious. When enough information has been retrieved, we use a combination of balancing methods to balance it, all of which are completely safe.

These may include:

  • Tracing or massaging meridians

  • Strengthening systems with wholefood nutrition

  • Belief system reframing

  • Gentle rubbing, holding or tapping acupressure points

  • Light and colour frequency

  • Clearing sabotage patterns
